Brian’s expertise is extensive, covering not only litigation where he has tried numerous cases to verdict, but also transactional work, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, asset sales, and general corporate matters. Furthermore, he is highly proficient in judgment collection and creditors’ rights, routinely recovering substantial court-ordered sums for clients, and frequently handles commercial and residential eviction actions for landlords.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the related bankruptcy courts. His accomplishments have been recognized by Super Lawyers, which named him a Rising Star in 2024 and 2025.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he received the Beasley Scholarship, a full-tuition merit award. He earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Psychology, from Monmouth University, graduating magna cum laude. He has been an active member of the Pennsylvania, Bucks County, and Montgomery County Bar Association, and previously served as associate editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter.

Born and raised in Burlington, New Jersey, Brian now lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
